Avoiding dynamic generation of seriralizable assemblies?
I am trying to optimize the web service call and therefore attempted to use segen.exe to pre-generate serializable assemblies. But it seems that the runtime is not loading these assemblies and generating the on the fly. Is there another step I am missing.
